As a Practice Management Software designed for Chartered Accountants and tax professionals, we recognize a distinct structure in data handling:
- You as the Data Fiduciary: When you upload client, employee, or third-party data into the Service, you act as the Data Fiduciary. You represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary legal consents and authorizations to upload and process this data on our platform, in accordance with professional engagement letters and laws.
- Praczeal Solutions as the Data Processor: We act as a Data Processor for the data you upload, processing it strictly to provide the Service to you and maintaining the confidentiality of your financial records.
3. Information We Collect
3.1. Information You Provide Directly
- Registration and Account Data: Name, firm name, email address, mobile number, GSTIN, Date of Birth, and billing information.
- Service Data: Any client data, financial records, employee information, invoice details, or task records you upload onto the platform.
3.2. Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage and Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, browser types, operating systems, login timestamps, diagnostic data, and application usage logs.
- Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to distinguish you from other users, remember preferences, and analyze platform performance.
3.3. Mobile Application Data
The Mobile Application provided by Praczeal in a Progressive Web Application (PWA) which do not ask for any specific permissions to access any information from your mobile.

- To improve and personalize your experience, including analyzing platform usage through automated systems.
