These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PracZeal's website and services. By using PracZeal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the service

You may use PracZeal only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your firm to these Terms. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance based on the plan you choose. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to PracZeal. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the service on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or infringing content.
• Do not use PracZeal to send unsolicited communications or to violate any law.

6. Intellectual property

PracZeal, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the service to you.

7. Warranty disclaimer

PracZeal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PracZeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
